From what I have deduced, Realme doesn't make replacement filters at all. There is not even a single mention of it on the internet. People keep asking but they don't get any reply. On Twitter, they replied to one guy and told him to visit the service center for his issue. They didn't say to go buy a replacement filter from the center. They just told him to go and seek help there. This is from April.

So basically Realme's strategy is to buy another purifier. Why bother with the filters when the purifier is so cheap? Keep buying a new one every 6 months.
