I actually think the loss was due to migration of customers away from RCom due to the migration to 4g but the article says otherwise:

RCOM have been in loss since couple of years now on standalone basis

My bad, I just copied the title of the article from the twitter post that linked to the article.

I can't seem to recall the twitter account that I saw the linke on because it was a retweet.
