RBI makes Aadhaar mandatory for KYC

this is kind of hilarious and sad because uidai has been quite clear about what good aadhaar card is for.
 
Chalo one more Aadhar case coming up. This time against RBI!
 
RBI did say that this policy depends upon the outcome of the ongoing case so there's that.
Until then, the banks would use this guideline to increase pressure on their customers.

Linkage with property and voter id card would be heard after the ongoing case. Not sure why the ruling in this case would not cover those two elements.
 

has the supreme court given judgement on aadhar petitions? if not why are we seeing this aadhar mandatory of banks by rbi policy ?
sorry i am out of the loop. not keeping touch of aadhar ruling
