Puducherry , and same here i never faced downtime in the 800 plan . i used both the new plans 1445 for 2 days and 2799 for the remaining days experienced downtimes in both .

might be the plan change that causes
or maybe bsnl fellas are pissed at us for downloading SO MUCH DATA at 1mbps :/ we pay 1600/month for crying out loud

There must be some damage along the line. Maybe elsewhere. Little you can do.

Since earlier, you were on the 1425 plan, line rate is still the same. So, that shouldn't be an issue.

how to check that download data ?? site link same as where you pay your bills?

Registration Help
Broadband User ID is Invalid or You do not have Active Broadband in Your Service.]]
no idea why :/
bb id is the thing what bsnl gives you right at time of installation? id/pwd?

I think you first need to register with the details from your bill which is delivered to your house .

ya i did put customer id from soft copy invoice
but when i put my user id given by bsnl, its not processing

Try the id which you use in the pppoe the phone id . If that does not work i dont know what else is the right one .
