this was not even that much Rain..Mumbai had rains 24*7 non stop for Days some time..

Plus We have Sea also which spills out water in city during high tide too. God knows wt will happen to Delhi if this kind of rain happened for 4-5 days. 🙁

nothing...will have to use boats...will save on petrol...maybe will lead to petrol prices coming down too 😀
