Railwire wireless connection cost

Hi! I am from erode, TN. I want to give a new railwire connection and the operator says only wireless connection is available that too will cost around Rs. 8700 for the installation and device. I've negotiated with him but he not reduced the charges and says if you not believe go and check the Railwire website. Why the Railwire wireless connection costs this much and is it worth the price?
 
That is too much, the site gives you the price and procedure to get a new connection. Visit Internet tariff plans and in the bottom you will find it (Make sure to choose Tamil Nadu from the drop down). Do check with other area users for the price.
 
I have a wireless connection and I paid around 6600 for installation ..

CPE - 4500
Installation - 500
Cat 5 wire - 600
First month cost - 1030

wifi router was optional at 1200 rs I think
