Railwire upload speed problem

Kolkata has just, just a tiny bit better ping to Mumbai, rest all its pretty bad.
Just for comparison these are the best pings I got at both servers :-


Mumbai - 32ms(Kolkata), 32ms(Hyderabad) to AWS and 44ms - 50ms on rest servers like Airtel(which hosts CSGO servers here).
Chennai - 40ms(Kolkata), 24ms(Hyderabad)
Singapore - 65ms(Kolkata), 55ms(Hyderabad)
