Here everyone is getting those same speeds in Jharkhand and those latencies to Kolkata NOC..iam pretty sure your LCO or MSP has an issue. There is no way someone could get 5ms to Kolkata NOC from Hyderabad lol. This is not Singapore or Europe where everyone gets 5ms across country. I get 27 ms to Hyderabad NOC and 28 to Mumbai , chennai is 33 ms

On Hyderabad NOC here and I don't even get to see the server on speedtest anymore lol, although it seems like the pings have improved a bit from the usual 15 ms I used to get to it 4 or 5 months prior, the ping to Chennai and Singapore were around 23 and 54 the last time I checked, compared to the usual 25 and 55.

I didn't ask about pings I asked about your upload speed on Speedtest, also post speedtests with other servers than the Railtel NOC server which means almost nothing.

yes but try that on other servers in windows it wont just go past 5-6 mbps...it only does that on linux

Seems like they are detecting windows OS and throttling. It's unusual that they won't know about this. It's basically some kind of throttling. Like upload speed to anything except peered services is shit on windows .
