Update :
Speed now in the evening seems to be slightly better.
I'll update if the night time speed got better

Please elaborate

lol I really didn't think you would require anymore explanation after bsnl reference but still , here goes nothing

From ignorance, I meant LCO registering complaints but really not doing anything to fix the said complaints nor giving any logical or sane reason as to why the problem occured in the first place and as to why they can't fix the problem. All they do is give assurances and 0 f#*k about customer satisfaction.

Fron what I have been following and saw in Railwire forum is that many LCO fall under 'this' ignorant party.

On the other hand I'm not saying all LCO are same, for fact I know many LCO fix the problem within hours, which was my personal experience.

But even then the fault lies within Railwire for not having a centralized complaint system and rather relying on LCO's to recieve and respond to complaints. Which inturn creates a rather painful experience for end user i.e., the customer.

@deepakjgb hope your problem is fixed.

@smarty_sudeep Indeed but like i said i hardly get around 2-4mbps in my 10mbps plan from 9pm.
Thats the time most users will be using just like me and its too damn annoying
