Questions for existing Tata Sky Broadband users

I have been considering Tata Sky Broadband as my next internet provider, but since it is new, I can't seem to find reliable reviews on it. So, I thought I would ask you guys.

1. I am planning to go for 500 GB 100Mbps plan. What is the speed that users actually get for download and upload?
2. How is the downtime, and in case of a faulty connection, how fast do they actually fix it?
3. What is the speed for sites like GitHub or GitLab?
4. Do they inject ads to sites? I am currently using BSNL FTTH, and they are horrible when it comes to ad injection.
5. Do they provide Static IP? If so, does it cost extra?
6. Are you satisfied with it? What are the qualms you have about it?
