Query abt New Infinity Plans

hi all , i just saw new infinity plans
Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0

For 1100 ,one can get download speed upto 500 KBps😱 .
I want to make sure whether this would be really download speed or surfing speed ?? Usually 1/8th of the surfing speed is download speed lik 256kbps = 32.
This means 500X8 = 4 mbps speed😱

I am using Flash 256 KBps plan in which in night i get speed of 1.6 mbps ...
SHould i go for this plan ???

I think ur confused a bit.....the speed is like 500kbps = 62.5 kb/s. Tell me about ur plan charges.
