Queries about Plan change from BB Home Combo UL 750 to BB Home Combo ULF 900

I'm using BB Home Combo UL 750 plan now.For this I've paid initially Rs.750 as a security deposit.
If I change the plan to BB Home Combo ULF 900. For this plan, I should pay Rs.900 deposit.
Is Rs.750 refundable?

If yes means I'll pay only Rs.150 extra(totally Rs.900) as a deposit. This could be a good deal. Please clarify my doubt....

Yes. You need to pay only Rs. 150. If they charge more, you talk to the accounts officer and settle it.
 
Do they charge Security Deposit for old (5+ years) customers too?
 
Irrespective of those advantages, BSNL charges one month advance for every plan above Rs. 500.
