PubG Streaming possible via BSNL Broadband?

Is it possible to stream the PubG Mobile Emulator from PC via BSNL Broadband? I am on 675UL Plan.
Stats are - 1024 Upload & 4095 Download.
 
It's not possible to stream at an upload speed of 1Mbps. You need to stream at a bit rate of atleast 6000kbps or 6Mbps for a 1080p stream. You also need some additional upload speed so that you don't suffer from packet-loss.
 
So, for streaming FTTH works of BSNL?

Or can I use airtel or jio 4g? if upload speeds I am getting at my place are more than 10mbps.
