i am guess it would be like music trends for twitter. you can see the popular music on twitter right now. and you can listen to the songs using Spotify or similar services. twitter would probably make money through sales and advertising i guess.

So we need to use proxy's and all those tricks to get access to such services.
 
I have been hearing about Deezer planning to launch in 180 countries for 2 years now. They are supposed to launch in India sometime this year I believe.
