Problem With The Speed While Downloading Torrents

thanks 4 helpin me out with good suggestions . now my dwnld speed has increased somewht upto 20-30Kbps but still its not cnstnt .aftr tryin all the stuffs.

Its not about MTNL its about torrents in general, all torrents are slow now days and there is a speculation that, MPAA has come up with some kinda software to jam the torrent speed on the network and also if you once in a time get high speed and get stuck at around 99 percent and wait for ever to download the whole file, know that, its Hollywood anti-priracy guys at work, they want to discourage torrent.

peergaurdian only blocks ips ..........all other claims like it saving bandwitdh etc r postiche.
