problem with railwire instalation charges and policies

how can connection charges Rs 7000 + Additional plan charges is acceptable by railwire even they are not taking any risk of devise if this device broke down costumer have to bear all charges of device is this ok for anyone no costumer welfare is railwire there just raise profit ?
 
Hey I just paid ₹1500 as connection charges, including ONU and they told me they'll replace if it breaks down
