Problem with online bill payment

I am unable to make bill payment online using acttv.in. I have reported this issue multiple times to customer care. They don't care to fix this issue. But they are behind to collect money when the payment date is due.
I find it totally inconvenient to make payment in person as I don't stay at home in day time. Fix this issue urgently.

mr_vasanth best is call the act customer care ..and ask them send any payment collector ......and in 24 hours payment collector will be at ur door steps .....to collect ur payment

It is very sad that you have given a fake promise here. It is more than a month since I raised the complaint with your customer care. It is 2 weeks now since I raised the issue here in this forum. Please ACT fast.
sunith bentick, now they are taking Rs.25 extra for door step collection.
