So a few days ago i was trying a different modem of D-Link and i removed the ADSL line from my mtnl modem while it was on and connected it to the D-link one but due to some reason the D-Link modem didn't work so i pressed the reset button but still it wasn't working so finally i switched back to the mtnl modem, but due to some reason the internet LED wasn't glowing but the adsl one was stable.I had to reset the mtnl modem and then enter my details again at http;//198.168.1.1 and the internet light was back on but due to some reason from that day the net started showing some problems in almost all of my devices except my laptop.
my iPhone on ios 8.3 wasn't able to connect then all the devices running on lollipop like my nexus ,nexus 5 , OnePlus two , moto g3 all were showing the net wasnt working. it took my 3-4 try's every time in order to make the internet work.
I even ordered a new modem TP-Link TD-W8968 N300 Wireless ADSL2 and it will arrive tomorrow .
so is there a problem with my modem , cable or some setting of the router?
