Problem with BSNL connection

Hi everybody...

around 20 days ago I got a BSNL Dataone connection and till day its not getting connected. my system establishes a connection with modem but i cannot get connected to internet.

the Diognise shows that it fails ATM OAM segment ping and all the other features under that skips.

And in Log page it says Authentication fail.

can anyone help me with this.

visit appaji.net and look for the bsnl faq/howto there...you need to select PPP then PPPoE on the connection page... dont pick ATM or whatever... HTH
