Problem with 24Online

I am using an internet conncection from the local cable wala. they game me a static IP. and there is a MAC ID restriction for 1hr.That is, I can use the connection with more than one computer but they should have same IP and there should be a gap of 1hr before switching the PCs.I bought a Netgear wifi- router and I am using the connection in 1desktop and two laptops. From any of the computers 1need to login to 24Online to get connected.Now a few days back I installed 24online windows client on the desktop. After installing the client I am not able to login to my network using 24online http client from any of the computers. I have tried uninstalling the 24online windows client. I have tried changing MAC id or IP. nothing worked.I have also tried bypassing the router. Now the only way to login to the network is 24online windows client. Please help me. I want to use the http client again.
 
Try this: Uninstall the client completely (use a software to COMPLETELY uninstall, including cleaning the registry - u can do that with ccleaner).Remove the CAT5 internet cable, restart the computer, & plug the cable in. now log on to the http client, mostly try logging in.i had the same problem few days back.btw does anyone know how to unblock ports in 24online so that u can use torrent???
