Problem on a Bsnl plan

I have monthly plan of 675 Rs giving me 2Mbps speed till about a good limit then gets down to 256Kbps.
How can I increase the speed again to that 2Mbps?

Which location are you from? Normally 675 will get you 2 mbps for just 1 GB & then 512 kbps..Dont think they still have 256 kbps anywhere now.

I get download speed of about 250KB/s and now around 60-70KB/s.I'am from Karnataka.

And that's correct. You should get 64KBps when you're FUPed to 512kbps. If you need higher speed, upgrade your plan.

How many days does the "higher" speed last. Maybe you could go for one of the plans which gives 8 GB of higher speed at around 800-850, if your usage is very less..
