Problem logging onto register.mtnl.net.in?

I have been facing issues accessing the website for checking my usage. First, register.mtnl.net.in site takes ages to open up. Sometimes more than 5 minutes. And if at all it does open, I am unable to check my usage as I am supposed to login on http://59.185.0.16:10080/jsp/Login.jsp site as my username includes @a. Till date, I have been able to log on this new site only twice. All attempts have failed. Tried disabling firewall, using web proxies, everything. But it just wont open. Is there any other way of doing it? Is anyone else facing this issue?

Wouldn't that script be going to register.mtnl.net.in for checking the usage? I felt that since I have to check usage on some other server, it might not work. Anyways, will try it. In the meanwhile can you check if you can access http://59.185.0.16:10080/jsp/Login.jsp url? Thanks.

register.mtnl.net.in is exceptionally slow! It opens sometimes while most of the times it just times out.
