Problem In Windows Vista

Hi guys, Im using Windows Vista Ultimate.Im facing connectivity issue .ie. Unable to Connect to Sify server when i use xp it does not tell me any error.when i ping gateway in vista i get reply ttl=128 whereas in xp i get reply ttl=64.I have seen in ttl=128 it gives error Plz tell me guys how to solve this problem in Vista

should not be a prob of vista... because even i'm using xp & vista sometimes even at the same time & it works perfectlyjust check that its not some firewall issue
