Hello Friends,I am seriously facing a problem with my network. First I would like to explain the setup. I got1. Wi fi Enable Laptop with Lan settings as 192.168.1.199 and Subnet mask as 255.255.255.0 and Gateway add is 192.168.1.1. I am using Airtel broadband connection and the dns id is 202.56.224.153 and alternate dns as 59.144.127.17.2. Another Desktop pc with Lan seetings as 192.168.1.6 and Subnet mask as 255.255.255.0 and Gateway add is 192.168.1.1. the dns server id is same. The internet is working fine on both. But the problem isEarlier I used to make a Network connection between my wired Desktop and my wifi Laptop. When i used to type \\192.168.1.6 from my wifi pc from anywhere i used to get desktop pc folders in my Laptop. But now it is not happeneing. Also when i connect to my wifi laptop the wifi ip adress as mentioned is 192.168.1.2Please help and tell if there is anything i could do with this setup
