there is no reset button - can u help me find it in ZTE ZXDSL 531B ?

There will be a small hole (just like vent) in the bottom part of your modem. Insert a refill and press hold it for a say 30 seconds when the modem is ON. If still confused, post a snap shot of the bottom of your modem.

Use these DNS values and check

208.67.222.222, 8.8.8.8

well i reseted the router! configured again - not solved. used the DNS values in ROUTER settings as well as LAN settings still not solved. Thx for taking out time to help me.🙂

Always welcome. 🙂If possible, borrow a router from your friends and check at your place. May be something wrong with the modem.

thx. it is still saying DNS problem.. tell me if there's something i can do!when i use the dialer no DNS problem is there!

first try to use bsnl dns, then switch to opendns. i guess these are the bsnl ones:218.248.240.208218.248.240.135

please post ipconfig/all results for both without dailing and after dailing.like: first put on the modem and run ipcon... & copy result and then dial the connection and then run ipcon.. again and copy result.let us see what difference comes out.
