Port forwarding with BSNL FTTH

I have a static IP address and relatively new upgrade to BSNL FTTH. I connected a D-Link modem for port forwarding, mainly to use RDP functionality.

Can anyone guide me please on how to go about it. Similar setting with non-FTTH modem worked fine earlier. Do I need a different kind of ONT (Type1 vs Type2)
 
Can you please specify the model and make of the ONT that you are using.
