Port forwarding stopped working

Hello there, I have an Airtel connection with Nokia G-2425G-A router. Port forwarding was working fine until few days and it somehow stopped working now.
I do have a static IP. Is there anything I should be checking for?

If you have a static IP, just check if your router settings are correct other than that a simple reboot should help, maybe some other device by mistake is trying to loop back on your IP.
Finally, if none works, did you recently make any changes to the client device that you have port forwarding? If yes then what, also check the device's firewall settings. Disable and test too.

No, I didn't make any changes

Btw I'm getting 8080 port open if i enable http lan from access control tab and whenever I access that from outside network it literally redirects me to the gateway page :3

just realized that I'm not even able to access my web server using LAN
like I'm able to access it on host device, but not any other device on the same network
don't know what got messed up 🙁

Factory reset my router?
I tried that but then internet stopped working
guess I have to put username password and static IP info but I was unable to edit anything in Network->WAN
So I ended up restoring my backed up config file
