Poor service of uninor customer care and store

my problem is network not stability and i am tried, i am call the customer care and store they are says to check your mobile network before i am check network automaticaly and mannualy and also check another handset but lots of uninor excuse, uninor service is very poor and bad management, customer is not right uninor is right and then its shocking it is a bluddy telecommunication company. and now i am change to portability.
