Hi,
I booked a ACT connection day before yesterday morning. I told the Sales person that I need the connection urgently. He told me that some one would call me that very afternoon or max by next day. But till now no one has come to install the connection.
If I call their call centre they are saying it will take 7-10 days. I have made 2 calls to them requesting them to expedite the process.
I was told that there is a junction box just next building and connection to me is just a wire away.
Calls to the service engineer is not getting picked up.
I am really lost and am feeling cheated. I feel I should have stayed with my Airtel connection.
can some one help?
