Poor download speed on five network since 22nd july

Since 22nd july 2015 I am not getting any cache download. When i go to torbox.net it says your isp provider is not a member of peer network. This is bad service by five network. I am in pune in lohegaon. Does anybody else expirencing the same on five network.

Akshay, Contact cable office. I don't see any degradation in service. Meanwhile Torbox service was not usable since long time.
