is it even officially open to india? i heard they had stopped taking new users?
 
Not yet released in India, but you can always sideload the APK. It's completely functional and has Pokéstops and Pokémons available in abundance.

No idea about your second question as I have been playing the game since day 1, and had no issues signing up.

Any Yellow team guys in Bangalore? I've seen so many Blue and Red but hardly any yellow.

It appears to be getting more popularity then "Angrybirds".

PS: one more disadvantage of iOS / iPhone - you can not install anything not in Apple store (india)
 
The game has a good platform ,like it's one of the best way to play a game..it uses your location as well..

Some guy trying it. I still didnt get it. What happens after those things are caught?

How to use them? etc etc.

Game asked him to walk or drive 2km to achieve a task. Thats crazy waste of time and money

Hahah, but my question is - what to do with the things that are caught?

Why does it even need AR? Why not just any background?

Its like the game designer randomly put it anywhere and u go and collect it.

But then what next? 😀
