Plz Help For Plan Change

i applied for plan change from H900UL+ to H500 but its already 1 jan and the plan hasnt changed. I want to know when will the change be affected?

Plan changes from the 1st of the month in which you applied for plan change

i applied in dec 28th 2006 my plan should have changed from 1st jan but it hasnt.do i have to apply for landline plan as in H900 Ul + the rental is zero

^ yes , you have to apply for the phone plan . And it is to begiven on the official format . (pls see Bsnl site to download the form or visit your exchange) . And it might take 3 working days to show your new dataoneplan on the portal . when it will be in effect depends on yourExchange people (NIB people) .

actually ... in my case the customercare called me up asked for a landline plan change ...... i didn't apply for a landline plan change explicitly
