Please Help, Facing constant disconnection issue.

I bought lyf flame 2 , 10 days ago. The INTERNET Constantly disconnects randomly, only the upload marker is showing , i have to switch off my data every time , to reconnect ... I am getting really annoyed , called cc 2 times . They said problem resolved from their end. .. Even with wifi hotspot and usb tethering ,facing this problem..I cant download anything like this. please help,
 
First try to update your phone by going to settings -> About -> software updates or FOTA. If there is no update, try doing a full factory reset. Backup your photos, music, porn before doing reset. Settings -> Backup and reset - Full erase.
Different phones will have different way of mentioning full reset.

Set up the phone as new and then see if you are getting any issues.
 
Problem still not solved,did complete reset.. i switch on hotspot, it works for 10 minutes then disconnects , then after 2 minutes it automatically connects again, pretty annoying....
 
It must be JIO's network problem or your lyf smartphone must be having some issue's . The best way to check it is, go to a place far from your location and try connecting your mobile to jio network, If problem solves then it must be individual BTS problem in your location and if issue still persist then go to jio store and get your mobile replaced.
