PlayStation 3 NAT failed with DNA-A212 modem on MTNL Broadband

hi guysi am looking to get some help from members of this AWESOME forum. I have a mtnl broadband connection and am using DNA-a212 modem to connect to all my devices like laptop,iPhone and ps3. Till now i never faced a problem with any of my devices but last night i decided to do some online gaming using my PS3. Though i logged in using the same connection, but when i went into multiplayer mode of a game, i got a error message , stating my 'NAT type is not supported for online gaming' . SO i checked the internet connection on my ps3, it clearly states; NAT TYPE- TEST FAILED. so it means everything else is working except of NAT .i am using a static IP , which i entered manually along with all other settings like DNS etc..thanks in advance regardscoded

I am not certain but I think u cant get online gaming with PS3 any more since the PSN is shut off inndefinately... check on that

I thought it had gone online in almost all the asian countries?

its back online , it been more than 10 days since that happened...
