I applied for change in plan on 29th. Commercial Officer told me that the change would effect from 1 june. I checked the site today (1 june) morning which showed old Home 500 plan. At about 11 a.m. I called Commercial Officer who told me to contact another person who actually changes the plan. Accordingly I called and was informed that my plan was changed just 10 minutes before my call. I had experience that any change or usage reflects on the site after 6-7 hours. So, I checked usage again in the afternoon at 4 p.m. Again old plan was displayed. Even the section Service Order did not show any change in plan. I again called the office and the concerned person told me that it would take about a day to display on the site. I asked him whether the bandwidth consumed today would be charged in accordance with Home 500 plan or UL900+ plan. He replied that it would be charged according to new plan. However, I do not dare continue downloading in such situation. So waiting till tomorrow.UPDATE : It is 2nd June, 10.15 a.m. and plan is not changed till this moment. SAD !
