Plan active no picture for last one week

I am using SD for more than two years last six months I discontinued to recharge, now I am set alignment to measat and topped up and activated tamil basic plan, long time after discontinuing recharge, no picture comes for last one week, Any solution toe get picture immediately?
 
Call customer care. They will correct the issue. (044 39407575)
 
Why do you give wrong ideas! He will never get picture even active subscriber base is finding it difficult. FORGET IT
