Ping degraded over time in BSNL

When the connection was installed in my home, I used to get 30 ms to google, 80 ms to singapore, 160 ms to Europe and 280 ms on US servers but now There is added 30 to 50ms latency everywhere. What kind of pings do you get on your BSNL FTTH? Also, is there a way to get this rectified ? NIB contact or anything?
 
I use BSNL ADSL broadband and I am from Chennai. pings did fluctuate a lot until a week ago. Now there seems to be no particular issues.
 
The pings did improved yesterday, but I have to say, India is not meant for multiplayer gaming.
