We thank you for your patronage of Amazon Pay Gift Card, issued by Qwikcilver (Co-branded with Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited). We are happy to be associated with you and will continue to enable convenience and ease of gifting for you. To further enhance your gifting experience with innovative solutions, we are pleased to inform you that Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (Qwikcilver) and its parent, Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs) have decided to consolidate into a single legal entity.

To this end, an application has been filed with regulatory authorities proposing consolidation with effect from 1st April 2021. On receipt of the approval, the business of Qwikcilver and Pine Labs will get consolidated into one entity, i.e., Pine Labs. Thereafter, Pine Labs would be honouring all valid prepaid gift cards and any other card issuer obligations. Any redemptions and other obligations, prior to such consolidation, will continue to be honoured by Qwikcilver.

We assure you that there will be no change to the Amazon Pay Gift Card, issued by Qwikcilver (Co-branded with Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited), in any manner, such as its use, acceptance, validity and user experience. The existing valid prepaid gift card balance will be safe and there will be no deduction or changes made to the same. Therefore, you can continue to enjoy the gift card offerings as before.

We will continue to address any grievances expeditiously, as always. If you have any queries about your prepaid gift cards, we have a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) updated on the Qwikcilver Website (www.qwikcilver.com) under ‘Pine Labs and Qwikcilver proposed Merger Announcement’.
