Just below the bar that says "India Broadband Forum" you'll see a bar which has your username on it. On the right you'll see a link called "My Controls". It will lead you to your control panel. Now on the left you'll see a column called 'Menu'. There you'll see a link called 'Edit Avatar Settings'. From there you can upload a picture to be displayed next to your name.
