So unless some other network picks it up, we need to assume Daniel Pierce dies due to the blast in season finale...

Or as I am reading, the season is halfway through & it will be "completed" with another few episodes?
 
Last 4 episodes will start on Feb 17, 2015.

@mhsabir: Just in case you were not aware, the final 13-episode season of "The Mentalist" will start on Nov 30 (my birthday 😛) and end with a 2-hour series finale on Feb 18, 2015.
