peering speed trouble

Today i started up a new connection on alliance broadband with Rs 600 pack ( zoom pack ).
the surfing speed was perfectly fine but sadly the torrent speed is bothering me as it is not going up more than 1.25 Mbps although it is written that i should get 12 Mbps.

Just about right. 12mbps peering gives about that much speed. Could you not spent 58 rs more for the 25mbps one? :wondering:
