Hey guys may be it has something to do with that 1:4 .
I read somewhere that 4 users share 1 line and when 3 users are not using it, the 4th user gets their speed, the whole line speed. I'm not sure though.

UPDATE ~
started to use railwire (1mbps plan )
and yes "TORBOX " is accessible and with a speed much more or rather double than my plan . i think the peering system is working 🙂
location - jamshedpur (jharkhand )
plan - 1mbps (899)
torbox speed - 350 KBps (2.8 mbps)
average - 300-310 kBps

Damn my neighbor is on 1mbps fup plan and he's getting peering during 1mbps speed, so i thought if my plan fup is over I would get peering since after fup ill be getting 1mbps speed

Of course not after FUP brother. you get what you pay for, why would be the isp offer extra without extra profit ? they run business for their profit not for social work 😀

Yes Torbox peering is working in Asansol,WB too.🙂 My friend is using Railwire & I just checked yesterday & speed is around 300kb/s. Plan is 1mbps. but peering did not worked on youtube & other sites.:shake::fubar:
