This video elaborates how to set up your JioTVCamera and JioCall app on Jio STB, how to make/receive calls, how to set up your contact book and how to make conference calls.
Follow the steps mentioned below to set up your JioTVCamera and JioCall app on Jio STB:
1. Place the camera on top of your
television, or in front of the TV for easy reach to your Jio Set Top Box
2. Connect the camera to the Jio Set Top Box using the USB end and reboot your Set Top Box
3. Click Home button on remote to launch JioCall app
4. Complete OTP process to register the landline number on the JioCall app on Jio Set Top Box
On JioCall home page you will find Contacts, Dialer, Call Logs, My account & Settings. Now, you can make voice and video calls to any Jio number and voice calls to any mobile/landline number.
Follow these steps to make/receive calls:
1. Use the dialer to dial the number & select voice or video call option to proceed
2. Make calls through contact list or call logs option
3. Convert a voice call into a video call by clicking Switch to video button
4. The other party will need to accept the video call request
5. You can add participants to this new call by clicking on "Add participant" button and create a video conference call
6. Once the newly added contact accepts the video call you can click on merge to merge the two calls
Follow these steps to set up your contact book and how to make conference calls:
1. Convert a voice call into a conference call by clicking the Add Call tab
2. Get your phone contact book on your TV using the Contact Share feature
3. Download JioCall app on mobile
4. Select the highlighted JioFiber profile
5. Complete OTP process to configure your JioFiberVoice number in your mobile
6. Select and share contacts & click on share button to start sharing contacts with your Jio Set Top Box
7. Select the contacts you want to share and click on Tick mark to share to Set top Box
