^ PhonePe is free/cheaper than Paytm. But not many customers know abt UPI so thats dead in the water

Phone Pe does not interwork with ICICI and therefore you will not be able to transact with any one having an ICICI account.

What? PhonePe works just fine with ICICI. I personally use it.

And I transfer funds to an ICICI account every month using PhonePe for our Netflix group.

I tried last night, it did not work for me.

I settle my monthly bill with doodhwala via UPI. He has an account in ICICI and has @upi vpa. Every time I transfer him the money via PhonePe, I get an error that he does not have a PhonePe account and therefore transfer can not be done.

SBI and ICICI used to give problems to PhonePe. but not anymore since few months now. however I do get "receiver bank network is busy. try again later" error frequently when sending to SBI accounts
