paying for Zee Dish TV DTH using icici bank account?

i had to renew dad's zee dish tv connection.the backend now is even more complicated.i have a child connection and the backend keeps on showing me 500 bucks as renewal charges. the fact remains that i need to pay 300 a month because the child connection is already paid till march 2009.since it made no sense to me... i decided to use icici bill payment method.i have paid 1000 bucks through icici bank account to the VC number.now what am i supposed to do? how does it work? i still see subscription expired message in dish tv! 🙂
 
if you have already paid your subscription and if your account is still not updated with the payment, then contact dishtv customer care and give details of your payment and check with them with the latest status, it will be resolved their only.
 
30 hours have passed. zee guys still cannot see this payment in their own database. it's pretty sad. i have written mails to both icici customer care and zee dish tv customer care. given them all the details. still no use.
