pathetic hathway brodband and customer care service

Hi,

My Account No.:1035655

From last 15 days I am facing connectivity and speed issue. I called there customer care service they just registered complaints and next day mark it as resolved without taking any action on complaint. I am very frustrated with there service, with every complaint they said that "Sir your compliant will get resolved in first half tomorrow ". but this thing never happened.

My previous complaint numbers are,

These guys are useless.. I have tonnes of complaint numbers and they least care about fixing the issue. Have written a mail to disconnect the services.
