Pathetic experience with Big TV Technical Staff

Are you guys REAL from BIG TV??? If so, here are 1000s of people who complaint about various issues of bigtv. Why dont you just resolve them as priority and then look after any new issues!

Technical staff is a BIG idiot. I tell you by not even 1 but 2 continous incidents with me:
1st: I bought multiroom connection, the fool activated my each connection as individual standalone connection
what happened next: Solved (giving birth to second problem) in almost 20 days, many request numbers, many phone calls, reached nodal officer

2nd: When they converted to multiroom connection, i had almost 180 bucks in each account (In total 360 bucks). After conversion ZERO Balance in main account and transferred that balance to child connection which is TOTALLY UNUSABLE & DOES NOT COUNT.
what happened next: 7 Days passes. A long journey to go.............
