pathetic customer support

3 times today i called them all 3 times the executive was unable to give me proper info , and when he tried to transfer call to senior call got disconnected , i think it was deliberate , dont know why , worst that even they know who i am ,they do not call back, am i stupid to call them again and again?
 
What's the issue?
 
Not getting dolby sound, when I choose dolby, the voice goes silentI heard a software upgrade is needed, but they are denying that, then they transfer to seniors and after 1 hello the call disconnects always, looks deliberate :wub:
