Today I called their toll free number because I wanted to get my connection terminated.I told them that I would like to permanently disconnect Videocon D2H service.Their response was "We do not have any information regarding this process. Kindly contact your Dealer"WTF???They kept on insisting that I temporarily deactivate my services for 90 days instead. When I was adamant on permanent disconnection, they simply said "We can't help you with this"Why should I have to contact the dealer again? My relationship is with Videocon D2H, not the Point-of-Sale. I'll just leave the connection on. I was living in a rented accomodation and now I'm shifting abroad anyway. Let them accumulate the pending charges forever.
