Password changing problem

i am not able to change my password in bsnl portal..

it is showing some "certificate error"


any ideas/help?????

can you check your usage with present password ? Your ID and password SHOULD be same , what you enter in the modem, and usage site/or DUf etc. Try changing the password in the modem.

i am able to login the portal with existing password which is i think is same for connecting through modem..previously when i changed the password in the portal,i also had to change it in the dialer....ps:i didnt undestand, how to change password in modem..

How to change your password for broadband access to change password in modem. For guidance. Whatever modem you are using same facility should be available. I asked whether you can check your USAGE ? in BSNL portal or with programs like QUF DtataFox etc.
