can you check your usage with present password ? Your ID and password SHOULD be same , what you enter in the modem, and usage site/or DUf etc. Try changing the password in the modem.
i am able to login the portal with existing password which is i think is same for connecting through modem..previously when i changed the password in the portal,i also had to change it in the dialer....ps:i didnt undestand, how to change password in modem..
